I’m Shahrzad, a UX designer and researcher in UBC Digital Lab a passion for creating user-centered digital health applications. With a background in industrial design and years of experience across diverse industries, I specialize in UX research, prototyping, and iterative design. My work focuses on enhancing user experiences, whether it’s developing health apps for BC Children’s Hospital or redesigning online platforms for cultural institutions. I thrive on solving complex problems through inclusive design and innovative thinking.
